Tap the Emergency Calls zone, then tap the edit icon in the top right. You can change numbers and labels, add new ones, or delete existing ones. To restore the original defaults, tap the restore icon that appears while editing.
Tap the Emergency Contacts zone, then tap + in the top right. Enter a name, phone number, and an optional note (e.g. Wife, Family Doctor). From the contact card you can call them directly or send a pre-written SOS message with one tap.
Tap the Insurance Guide zone, then tap + in the top right. Fill in the policy type, insurance company, policy number, and claims hotline. You can also add your agent's contact and an expiry date as a reminder.
Yes. Tap the edit icon (✏) in the top right of the home screen to enter edit mode. Drag the handle on the right to reorder, tap the red icon to delete, or tap a card to rename it. Tap the checkmark to save.
Yes. In edit mode, tap + Add Section at the bottom. Choose a color, icon, title, and whether tapping it should dial a number or show a notes screen.
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left to open the drawer, then tap Language to switch between Chinese and English.
Yes. All data is stored on your device. The app works fully without an internet connection — which is exactly what you need in an emergency.

点击紧急求救板块，再点击右上角的编辑图标。您可以修改号码和名称、添加新号码或删除已有号码。编辑状态下点击还原图标可恢复默认号码。
点击急救联系人板块，再点击右上角的 +。填入姓名、手机号和备注（如：妻子、家庭医生）。在联系人卡片上，可一键拨打电话或发送预设的求救短信。
点击保险理赔指南板块，再点击右上角的 +。填写保险类型、保险公司、保单号和报案热线，还可以添加代理人联系方式和到期日提醒。
点击主页右上角的编辑图标（✏）进入编辑模式。拖动右侧手柄可调整顺序，点击红色图标可删除，点击卡片可重命名。点击对勾保存。
可以。在编辑模式下，点击底部的+ 添加板块，选择颜色、图标和名称，并设置点击后是拨打号码还是显示备注信息。
点击左上角的菜单图标（☰）打开抽屉，再点击语言即可在中文和英文之间切换。
不需要。所有数据均存储在您的设备上，在完全离线的情况下也能正常使用——这正是紧急时刻最需要的。
